1. Your agreement with Club 60
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Club 60 app, website and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Community Guidelines.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Who may use Club 60
The Service is intended for adults, primarily people aged 60 and above. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Do not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate registration and profile information and keep your mobile number current.
- Keep one-time codes and device access secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive profiles or transfer your account.
- Where verification is required, submit only your own valid information.
You are responsible for activity through your account unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.
4. Using the Service responsibly
You must not use Club 60 to harass, threaten, defraud, deceive, exploit or unlawfully discriminate against another person; share unlawful, obscene or privacy-invasive content; infringe intellectual property; distribute malware or spam; promote unlawful gambling; impersonate someone; or interfere with the Service.
The Community Guidelines provide practical examples and are part of these Terms. Club 60 may remind members of its rules and take action against non-compliant content or accounts.
5. Your content
You keep ownership
You retain ownership of content you create. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to share it and that it complies with law and these Terms.
Permission to operate the Service
You give Club 60 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical formats, transmit and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate and improve the Service. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to backups, legal retention and content already shared with other members.
Other people’s rights
Do not post a person’s private information, image, voice recording or copyrighted material without an appropriate right or permission.
6. Circles, live rooms and private messages
- Circles are member groups with admin controls. Invitation links should be shared carefully. Members who join may see earlier Circle content.
- Live rooms are public to participating members and designed to expire. Do not treat them as confidential.
- Private messages begin after a friend request is accepted, but no online conversation is guaranteed to remain private if a recipient copies or shares it.
- Saved messages may remain in a member’s private saved area even after the original is removed.
Club 60 does not endorse every member, statement or group. Use judgment before meeting a person, sharing contact details or sending money.
7. Trips and expressions of interest
Trip listings are discovery and lead-generation features unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Marking “Interested,” favouriting a trip or seeing a slot count does not create a booking, reservation or payment obligation.
The trip organiser is responsible for final itinerary, availability, price, licences, safety, refunds and performance. Before paying, review the organiser’s identity, terms, cancellation policy and insurance information. Club 60 may remove misleading listings but does not guarantee a third-party trip.
8. Live TV and third-party services
Live TV may embed YouTube content. YouTube and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. Club 60 does not control external streams, comments, advertising or service interruptions.
9. Reports, moderation and account action
We may review reports and remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence or contact authorities when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect people, comply with law or keep the Service secure.
Where applicable, we will provide notice, reasons and an opportunity to challenge a moderation decision. Serious or urgent risks may require immediate action.
10. Service disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every member is who they claim to be, that user content is accurate, or that every social, travel or event interaction will meet expectations.
Club 60 is not a medical, emergency, financial, legal, matchmaking or travel-booking service unless a specific feature clearly says otherwise.
11. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law. Subject to that, Club 60 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from member conduct, third-party services, lost data or inability to use the Service.
The final monetary cap and any subscription-specific consumer terms must be added before paid services launch.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before filing a formal claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the operator’s registered office will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer and other applicable law.
